I had an appt at 2:00 pm. I was an hour early. It was seamless dropping off my vehicle it only took about an hour and a half to fix the problem. Ian was in contact with me the whole time letting me know what the problem was and what caused it,,, and it was helpful he let me know right up front how much it was going to cost. The 4 Runner is my first New Vehicle I have bought I love it and care a lot about keeping it in good shape.

If I could give Justin a worse score I would. I had at least two bad interactions where Justin had dismissed my concerns. But one time I confronted him after he dismissed my concerns again. Two weeks later coming back in for the concerns I had expressed he again proved that his customer service skills had not improved and AGAIN dismissed my concerns. If I decide to use Toyota of Des Moines in the future, I will purposely ask to not have Justin. Even after my 10/10 bad experience with Justin, Brock came in and really turned the experience around. He listened to my concerns and explained them to me. He went above and beyond what he needed to do. So thank you Brock.

Had my car towed to Toyota on a Monday. I had Tuesday off from work - waiting for a call all day. I finally called at 4:30 pm car still not looked at was told next appointment opening was next Monday!? So I have no car and I needed to get to work and expecting a grandbaby any day! Thursday I finally get a call with what needs to be done which was a lot for a 2004 car. Had Friday off so I was planning to figure things out the next day? No one told me it was drivable (which it was) so I'm thinking probably need to get a new car?? I had to work till 9 pm on Thursday (had to find a ride) and grandbaby on the way (had to find a ride to the hospital) spent all night at the hospital and all day Friday. Called Toyota to plead for a loaner so I could get to work and be mobile the answer was "no" if you are trying to sell cars that is not the way to do it! So I rented a car because I needed to get to work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 300 dollars and I owe Toyota 500 for just looking at the car! I had Tuesday off so I called Monday to see what needed to be fixed to make it drivable so I could get it home or to another dealership! That's when they told me it was drivable!?!? Seriously!! That would of been nice to know 4 days ago!! Only help I got was a ride to Toyota to pay my bill! I told them, when paying my bill, that it would of been nice to know my car was drivable because I rented a car! No "I'm sorry" nothing!
