“ Very respectful and answered my questions. When I questioned about how the process of a LOANER VEHICLE works, Jaimie had a reassuring smile. I drove away with confidence. ”
Really good!
“ Really good! I had a tailgate that wouldn't open on a truck with less than 400 miles on it. That's frustrating. Travis got it to open. It seems to be doing fine. Toyota really needs a manual override on the tailgate system. ”
Very professional.
“ Very professional. I was impressed with the inspection. Truck only has 1500 miles on it and you all still did a thorough inspection. ”
“ Couldn't have had better service, very nice dealership ”
“ Had 100,000 mile services performed on an Avalon Hybrid. Always perform the services requested with no attemept at upselling on additional services. Shuttle rides are always pretty fast when needing to get somewhere. ”
“ came in for a prius break accumulator and master cylinder repair. Talked to other hybrid technicians before and was told the job ranges from 4500 to 5000, toyota did it for just over 3500 with a health check and a 12 month unlimited mile warranty. will most likely be back to purchase a new car soon as the whole process was fairly quick, uncomplicated, and mostly a better price than most places. ”
Ewell, took longer than I was told, but had a hangup
“ Ewell, took longer than I was told, but had a hangup changing low beam bulbs back to OEM from what was on car when I bought it. ”
“ Upon arriving they could not find my appointment but they went ahead and checked me in. Was less than a hour and gave me a video of the mechanic filming his procedure during his inspection. That is very helpful!! Everyone involved with my RAV 4 hybrids and dealing with me were very friendly! ”
Very good experience.
“ Very good experience. Of course ended up paying a little more and getting a little less for trade ins than hoped but that's usually how it goes. Not a lot of negotiating power. So far very happy with the car! People were all very nice and friendly. We were impressed with the area that they had our car for pick up. Liked that it was indoors. ”
I recently brought my vehicle in for service and was told
“ I recently brought my vehicle in for service and was told the cost would be around $475. At no point was it clearly explained that the $475 was only for the front brakes and that the rear brakes would be an additional charge. Because of this, both my husband and I left with the understanding that the total cost of the repair would be approximately $475. When we returned to pick up the vehicle, we were surprised to receive a bill for $1,159. Had the full cost been clearly communicated upfront, we could have made a more informed decision about the repairs. The staff was friendly, but the lack of communication regarding the actual total cost was disappointing and left us feeling misled. ”
Few sentences may be difficult.
“ Few sentences may be difficult. I never thought this experience would happen at Toyota. Was told the service repair was finished & ready for pickup. Car hadn't even been looked at. Was told shuttle would pick me up when repair was completed; then told shuttle service not offered since I didn't drop the car off. But I had to have the car towed in. Too many people I had to talk with. No one knew what the other was doing. ”
Didn't found what cost the problem, but made the Oder
“ Didn't found what cost the problem, but made the Oder part. Wire short it up, didn't figure where, and told I have to pay for claster. ”
“ Drove 1.5 hrs to have recalls fixed and to check my wheel bearing. I made 3 phone calls for this appointment before I showed up to make sure it would be covered under the powertrain warranty. The service manager called and confirmed it would be since I’m under 60k miles. However, after all this and driving the 1.5 hrs to the location, I was THEN informed in person it’s $250 to “diagnose”. Absolutely ridiculous behavior to have someone drive that far when any auto place around be does this for FREE. Let’s also mention some other issues with my 2024 RAV4 in general since buying to spare anyone thinking of using Toyota the heart break. On hot humid days if you have the a/c on it WILL leak condensation onto your foot while you drive. (This was confirmed by the Toyota service member at village point Toyota) I was told nothing could be done. I payed to have the upgraded all weather floor matts. The driver one is so thin the ribbed parts are already wore down. The door gaskets on my rear driver and back hatch doors are already falling off with just normal open and closing wear (photos included) mind you this SUV is hardly 2yr old. Also note upon purchasing your Toyota, it will include the CHEAPEST Dunlap tires that need to be replaced sooner rather than later. This also applies to the breaks! So get your wallet ready very soon after purchase! I bought Toyota because I thought it was going to be better with better service. This is why they offer a 30/60/100k mile warranty system. It expires just as the thing covered goes out! Terribly disappointed with every Toyota dealer I’ve had to deal with. Disappointed I spent so much on a vehicle that just complicated my life. If you get a HYBRID your gas mileage will be worse in winter vs summer. The TOYOTA app also went up in price to $15 a month, when I was quoted $8 a month when buying the car. Also told the APP price wouldn’t go up and it was already at $15 when I signed up. Also a side note BARRY at the village point location was a sexist jerk who said I was wrong for hearing a noise. I asked him to let me talk to an ACTUAL mechanic. He then introduced me to the guy who works on the cars and he immediately told me I’m not hearing stuff and it was the water pump. He immediately unplugged it and showed me the noise went away. (Barry was next to us the whole time hearing what the mechanic told me as well) Barry also heard the mechanic told me about the condensation leak over the gas pedal and that they we not going to do anything that can fix it. (Barry told me the leak was caused by a clog somewhere that they could have fixed that day) ”
“ Bait and switch on their pricing. I had a coupon for a $79.99 oil change. My bill was over $132. Make sure you ask about all the hidden fees they tack on. Very disappointed. ”
