Brakes

If roads like I-35 are coated in fallen leaves, the brakes on your car, truck, or SUV become all the more important. Tires

I pulled up in the usual lane for having my car serviced, and there was a person there who directed me inside where I usually go when my car is being serviced. Then the person at the desk where I checked in told me about how long the oil change and tire rotation would be and I went to the waiting area. They let me know one tire had a leak and they patched it.

Took my RAV to repair a heat shield. My appointment was easy to schedule. Justin greeted me and handled my check in quickly and ahead of schedule. Repairs were done quickly. One of the techs was quick to get the protective materials out of the car and helped me in as I got ready to leave. I was on the road 7 minutes after my original appointment time! My years of loyalty (in purchasing new vehicles and maintenance services) had no value. I purchased the vehicle sight unseen. It arrived on a Saturday and I took possession on Monday. They gave no price discount when asked. I was originally given a price that included $100 'dealer adjustment' (had nothing to do with my loyalty or history with Toyota of Des Moines). When the purchase agreement was sent to me, it was not included. I had to point out it originally was there and it seemed like Steve was doing me a favor by sending a corrected purchase agreement.
