I finally called at 4:30 pm car still not looked at was told next appointment opening was next Monday!? So I have no car and I needed to get to work and expecting a grandbaby any day! Thursday I finally get a call with what needs to be done which was a lot for a 2004 car. Had Friday off so I was planning to figure things out the next day? No one told me it was drivable (which it was) so I'm thinking probably need to get a new car?? I had to work till 9 pm on Thursday (had to find a ride) and grandbaby on the way (had to find a ride to the hospital) spent all night at the hospital and all day Friday. Called Toyota to plead for a loaner so I could get to work and be mobile the answer was "no" if you are trying to sell cars that is not the way to do it! So I rented a car because I needed to get to work Saturday, Sunday, and Monday 300 dollars and I owe Toyota 500 for just looking at the car! I had Tuesday off so I called Monday to see what needed to be fixed to make it drivable so I could get it home or to another dealership! That's when they told me it was drivable!?!? Seriously!! That would of been nice to know 4 days ago!! Only help I got was a ride to Toyota to pay my bill! I told them, when paying my bill, that it would of been nice to know my car was drivable because I rented a car! No "I'm sorry" nothing! ”
