What does it mean to be the #1 Toyota Dealer in the Region?
For more than two decades, Toyota of Des Moines has been the number one dealer in the six-state Kansas City region. The award is based on sales volume and other dealership metrics, measured by Toyota. To achieve that level, we absolutely must focus on our customers. Every customer is important, just like each member of the staff that serves them. We take it seriously, but it is fun to be number one!
We know that keeping our customers happy means deliverying an excellent product and the knowledge, experience and dedication of our staff, including our GM, JP Phillips. Prior to joining the Gabus Automotive Group in 2013, JP has worked in the automotive industry his entire career. From East Coast to West Coast and now in the Midwest, JP has been working directly with car-buying customers. He realizes that running a big dealership like Toyota of Des Moines is as much about expertise as it is about being open to innovation and new ways of doing things. Instituting the 20 year, 200,000mile limited powertrain warranty in 2018 is just one example.
So, we might be just a little bit competitive, but we think it makes us better at getting you into the vehicle of your dreams at the best possible price. 2022 continues to challenge the automotive industry. Like every other dealership in the U.S., we are striving to get inventory, retain our best talent and serve you best!
