Toyota of Des Moines is an awesome dealership. Dont like dealing with high pressure sales people and Debby E was one of the best if not best sales person I have ever dealt with no pressure at all. She worked to get me the best deal possible. Definitely 10/10 and would definitely buy from them again.

I pulled up in the usual lane for having my car serviced, and there was a person there who directed me inside where I usually go when my car is being serviced. Then the person at the desk where I checked in told me about how long the oil change and tire rotation would be and I went to the waiting area. They let me know one tire had a leak and they patched it.

Toyota of DesMoines always does a stellar job servicing our vehicles. Highly recommend! Ian is always friendly and helpful.

They fixed the problem and did a fix on a recall. Had to order parts but had the work done the next day.

Todd was very knowledgeable and took his time with us to make sure We were getting what we were looking for. He also is very personable and made us feel comfortable. His sense of humor helped to. Eric also was very nice .

I had a 25,000 mile service checkup. Having been other places nothing comes close to Toyota and service. My time spent there was 45 minutes. They are so efficient and knowledgble.

Ian is an excellent service advisor, who I would highly recommend. Always delivers when taking care of my old 1999 Camry. Austin the tech who works on my vehicle also does great work always makes honest solid recommendations. Brock is an excellent manager who truly cares about excellent customer service.

Todd Fiechter is an incredible sales and leasing consultant who helped me weigh all my options and assisted me with my lease. He’s extremely kind, talented, and accommodating. There was no pressuring at all from him or anyone else it was my decision entirely, which was very refreshing. Highly recommend going to him if you’re interested in exploring your options for a new vehicle :)

Friend but a little too expensive on labor! Part only cost $50 but labor cost 405 and this is too much! Next time will probably taking my car to a regular mechanic.

Everything was easy…I was warmly greeted, informing what service my Highlander needed. I was directed into the waiting lounge, where coffee and Hy Vee pastries were waiting. When I was alerted the service was complete, I paid for my service and given a car wash card. Easy peasy. Thank you, Toyota!

Very fast & easy to work with. Was an oil change. Comfortable place to sit to wait.

It was fine. I had difficulty hearing/understanding the technician. Not his fault. Probably my hearing.

Oil change was quick. Inspection skipped a check of the brakes initially but Gabe fixed that.

I scheduled my appointment online. In the comment I stated that I also needed the factory recall fixed. This was not done or ordered at that time. Otherwise the oil change went went

When a customer gets 3 free services and wants oil changed that should be a service even though not up on mileage

Really disappointed when something wrong happened and nobody want to take responsibility for it. Keep pointing fingers and what tf is going on with the guy that drove me out? Seems like he just tryna kick me out of the dealership as soon as possible. Ridiculous we bought 3 cars here and we paid them too. And the inspection video was never sent to me i dont even know if they really check my car or not
