There was some question about whether i needed an oil change, but the service advisor was very understanding, and gave me the benefit of the doubt. It was much appreciated. The parts department was able to provide what I wanted, and was pleasant to work with, too. I also appreciated the complementary sweet roll and coffee while I waited. The car wash coupon was appreciated, but i really liked it better when the wash was provided right a the dealership.

I usually have good luck getting problems fixed correctly. One time I had fuel line that was not available from Toyota as a part and they did not have anybody who could create a new fuel line from tubing.

She listened to what we were looking for, gave us reasonable options, and made our sale experience a very good one. The repair was done in a timely matter. It cost a lot more than what I wanted to pay, but it is what it is.

I scheduled 5000-mile servicing PLUS an oil change. Doesn't appear as though the oil was changed. I called to ask and was told someone would call me back. No callback. I'll take it to Jiffy Lube.

I was in to have the control knob for my heated seat repaired, as it was stuck in the dash on my 2011 Highlander SE. I purchased the vehicle new from Toyota DM in March 2011. I was told they would try to take apart and repair first before using an expensive replacement part. However, when I was called to pay for the repair and asked what the issue was and what was done to correct the problem, all I was told was it was "fixed". I asked again and was told "it was fixed". No replacement part apparently was needed. After paying, I went to the vehicle and immediately discovered that a small wedge was sticking out in the middle console, apparently used to take apart for the repair. I showed Ian the issue who then jumped in the vehicle and hurried off to have that corrected. After the vehicle was returned, the knob worked fine and the wedge was removed. There seems to be a tension among the customer service staff - I don't feel very welcome and I don't know why. Everyone has bad days, but the overworked attitude seems to be a pattern for my visits. As a customer, I feel I deserve a better experience. I did not cause the issue I pointed out. I would have nice to have an apology and a smile. Not sure how careful the Toyota DM techs are with your car when they don't even take the time to ensure the work was done completely. I would guess they are under a lot of stress to churn work out. I am not confident to have any major work done here in the future, as if this obvious issue was overlooked, how careful and thorough are they with major service? - that at Toyota DM you expect experts and pay a premium price for that expertise.

Called by dealer to say 3 recalls ready to do and we should drop the car and leave it for the day. At drop off we were told only 2 would be done and it only took 80 min for the fix. Wish dealer would have called before appt date & told us not all would be done as we'd have saved driving a second car and just waited for it. That part was disappointing there wasn't better communication before our service. Everything else was very good.

I have been a Toyota fan for a number of years. Currently have two and a number of trades. Was disappointed at my last trip about remote start that only works occasionally. I have been told by two Toyota employees that it is just a bad design and they often deal with complaints about it. They say I need to subscribe to the app which is not what I purchased. Employees have been great but frustrated there isn't anything they can do about it. Thanks for asking. Harold Good.
